I got this bag at a estate sale, it is in good condition, I would say it would be good for a dog upto about 8/10 lbs, it has a latch inside to hook to the collar to hold them in, it has mesh on the side and both ends, has a suede like lining and removable padded bottom, has 2 pockets on the side, it has carry handles, and has D loops on both ends and may have had a shoulder strap but it's not there.
